"Hello Toby and Natasha I am a parent of a child at Croughton all saints school. My little boy Charlie has autism and is extremely sensitive to loud noises. Today unexpectedly the fire alarms went off due to a fault on one of the call points and this really triggered Charlie (no fault of anyone’s just one of those things) I got called to the school because Charlie was so upset and wouldn’t calm down. Jamie obviously came as the engineer to the school to check on the alarm system. Charlie was still upset at this point. Jamie with no prompt at all said to Charlie do you want to come and fix the alarm with me, Charlie said yes and they both went off together with his teaching assistant and fixed the alarm. Jamie was amazing with him explained what was happening and why the alarm went off and showed him how a break glass fire alarm works. One of Charlie’s hyper fixations is fire alarm call points we have multiple call points and keys at home and he loves looking at the different types and how they work. Honestly Jamie was incredible he didn’t have to do any of this he could have just concentrated on doing his job and ignored the fact Charlie was upset. He didn’t do this he went out of his way to help and try and calm him down which was amazing. Jamie from a parent of a child with SEN needs I can’t thank you enough for what you did. Your actions were incredibly kind and thoughtful and for you taking the time I really thank you. Jamie is 100% a credit to your company and I wanted to say thank you I wish more people were like him being kind and caring. Thank you again Phill"

"Chilman to the Rescue Our house alarm is (very) old but until Bank Holiday Monday was working fine. Unfortunately it chose this day to fail with various error messages and a constant (very annoying beeping). Being unable to contact the last Engineer we used we chose Chilman based on their reviews - we were not disappointed. Despite being very busy, Lenny arrived on Wednesday evening after being delayed at a previous job. He apologised profusely but he needn’t have; we were just pleased to see him. Such a nice guy, he had the alarm up and running again even though we didn’t have some of the codes. We thoroughly recommend Lenny and Chilman."

"Good evening. I just wanted to email to say how impressed we were with the training Mick delivered. It was pitched at a good pace with lots of chances to review and reflect. Lots of opportunities for questioning and reflecting on our own practise which was really helpful as often in many training sessions you can't relate to the workplace. "I just wanted to say a massive thank you for helping to organise the fire marshall training for our staff this week Mick was amazing. Incredibly well thought of by the 20+ staff he trained here. He was superb. Rarely have I sat in training for that long and been engaged the whole time! He took his time to walk the centre with me in the morning and really personalised the training to our centre, very subtly making points from incident learning that i had spoken to him about without it being overbearing or obvious.
