"My installation completed last week and so far couldn't be happier with the service I received from Cozy Homes Solutions. Having heard plenty of horror stories about solar installations, I was understandably nervous, but from start to finish the whole process was handled professionally, courteously and efficiently. The installation team, Danny and Ivan, were outstanding. They worked incredibly hard throughout the installation, kept me informed at every stage and were always happy to answer any questions. Their workmanship and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the installation. I'd also like to thank John Roberts, Benji and Rheanna, who were excellent throughout the process. They kept me updated, responded quickly to my queries and made sure everything ran smoothly from survey through to installation. The quality of the installation has been excellent and I'm already impressed with how well my new solar panel system is performing. "I've been getting repeated illegal calls to my TPS listed phone number about replacement windows and doors. After multiple requests to stop calling me I feigned interest. The person that called back after that was "Jay" from "Cozy Home Solutions". When I explained that the original call was illegal I got a torrent of abuse back from him."

"One of their so called sales assistants verbally abused me when I opened the door to a sales pitch . I attempted to politely inform them I wasn’t interested in solar panels but was sworn at. I reported to the company and shared footage of the incident, they told me they were miles away and couldn’t come back to apologise but they actually were across the road still so clearly the attitude and sales practices are taught from above , as they seem to be quite happy to lie about their whereabouts. They have no ID, no lanyards, no branded clothing and no leaflets and should have better credentials. Highly unprofessional company , also not the smartest as they pressed the ring doorbell so they must have known there was footage EDIT - after dealing with a member of staff yesterday who, quite frankly, didn’t really deal with my complaint professionally , I left this review so that someone more senior would have visibility of this. I have since spoken to the business owner who was appalled at the way his staff have dealt with the whole incident (as well as the incident itself of course). He was approachable, honest and accommodating and took action following my feedback. He even took the time to send me an apology gift which I wasn’t expecting and I did not request but it goes to show that a business isn’t always as bad as the people representing it."
