"AVOID, AVOID!! 3 months to resolve an expensive LVT flooring job carried out. Lumps and bumps all over the floor. Boards already lifting up. Barely any contact from Ethan when trying to get this resolved over the last 3 and a half months. Trip hazard in the main walkway of a family home. EDIT - Still no contact after asking to remove the review if he came to fix it. We now have a reputable company coming to complete the work and proceeding with small claims court due to floor boards uplifting and my daughter cutting herself (badly). Our advice to you is not to use Ethan and this company. Flooring was fitted in December and blamed the heat in the house for the poor subfloor."
