"Don't recommend. Expensive and rude. Charges a call out fee and an hourly charge. The appointment felt very dragged out, then he attempted to charge me far more than what he'd previously told me, lied about the time spent on site which fortunately I could prove. When I asked him to give a statement I could provide to my insurance company, which is a standard request, he got extremely, and I mean extremely hostile and rude, including sending me voicenotes shouting at me, telling me I was asking for a false statement (which was not the case in any capacity) and just behaved appallingly and very aggressively. I paid and blocked him. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone, particularly not women. I regretted making contact with him. He's absolutely unprofessional. Please note: the contractor is lying in his response. At no point did I ask for false allegations to be included in the statement for my insurer, i simply asked for the statement to be provided on formal letterhead paper and not a flimsy badly worded sentence by email. But this was a huge problem for this electrician. Also he DID lie about the time on site. Extra time as required but after he left at the end of all works, he then invoiced for more than he told me the total would be and tried to claim he'd been on site for longer than he had been and I had time stamped messages to prove otherwise. Manipulative, horrible and dishonest character. Please spare yourself."
