"End of tenancy cleaning oxford displayed a degree of precision that was truly commendable. It made me feel confident that the space has been really cleaned. There was nothing to be worried about before inspection. It was consistently good work."
"What makes end of tenancy cleaning oxford unique is the focus on areas that most companies don’t bother to clean. The hinges of cupboard doors, the edges of appliances, and the lines of the skirting board are few examples. This cleaning team tackles everything in detail rather than hurriedly. They delivered meticulous cleaning."
"When you live in a place for a long time, you cease to notice the dulling effect. I hired them for my end of tenancy cleaning, then I understood how much light had been lost over time. It was the kind of difference that cannot be unseen once it has been implemented correctly."
"A good professional end of tenancy cleaning team. They turned up equipped, worked hard, and polished each small detail. I enjoyed how organized they were no messing about, no hanging around, just outcome straight and simple."
"DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY - they do not do business in good faith and will DAMANGE YOUR PROPERTY WITOUT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. Blinds clearly damaged by cleaners and company refused to take responsibility for the cost of repair/replacement. After providing very clear photographic and video evidence that the cleaners had damaged every single blind (x3 wooden blinds and x1 metal blind in the bathroom) in our 2 bed flat, the booking clerk and her manager's feedback was that the clearers did nothing to cause this damage and it is "common sense" that if one blind is damaged during cleaning, it's not possible for a person "to not repeat the same mistake, so they cannot have broken the blinds". I was on the premises for the entire service and not once did the cleaners notify me of any damage or concern that there was damage, and on completion of the service, they indicated that there were rubbish bags to take out (where the broken pieces of blinds were hidden to be secretly disposed of). The blinds were left up on completion, so only once I tried to pull them down again (we always keep them closed due to being on the ground floor for security) did I see the damage. Out of the 3 wooden blind, 1 is completely stuck and won't come down, and all 3 blinds have pieces snapped off, as shown in the photographs. As soon as I saw the state of the blinds, I called the booking clerk Annie, who said she would check what happened with the cleaners. She called me back saying they DID NOT break any blinds and continued to make nonsensical excuses, not to mention trying to pin the damage back onto me. This was around 2pm and I was told to wait a few hours while the manager, Sam, was consulted on the matter and that I would have an update later that afternoon. I followed up around 4:20pm on WhatsApp where I had sent photographs and video evidence of the damage, but was simply ignored. 10am comes the following day and still no word, so I have to call and chase for an update myself. The same excuses were rambled off and to get rid of me, they offered a £30 refund for the blind cleaning, which clearly means they KNOW THEY ARE IN THE WRONG. This DOES NOT cover the damages to my property. They still did not explicitly accept full responsibility for their cleaners action and continued to try and talk me down with the offer of a £30 refund. I was then forwarded the managers number, Sam. It turned out that Sam did not even see the photographs or videos. It sounded like he didn't even care to see the evidence when I said I could forward it to him in addition to the booking clerk Annie who already had the evidence, and still continued to talk me down with the refund as well as spinning a nonsensical hypothetical scenario about "common sense" and " if performing a service breaks something, it's impossible for that person to not make the same mistake (damage) again" so it wasn't the cleaner's fault. IT'S SIMPLE - the cleaner did not take reasonable care when performing cleaning services to the blinds. If anything, it's evident there's a pattern of neglect specifically related to the cleaning of any blinds - why else would ALL blinds be damaged?! The level of unprofessionalism is astounding and the complete replacement costing me between £80-120 PER BLIND!! The blinds were all in reasonable condition before the service and now I'm looking at a bill for £300 on top of £375 for the botched cleaning services!!!"
