Frank's Scrap Metal Collection

"Collected a bunch of car parts the morning after calling, no trouble at all. Timings were a bit vague but otherwise good service for free scrap collection."

"DO NOT HIRE this person is unreliable. I phoned booked him in for a particular day, told him wat I had. He said he would come between 9 and 12. Phoned him on day, he replied he was coming and hadn't forgotten, then phoned him again, had excuse about being told to stay sat in lorry, but would definitely come early next morning. Next morning arrived, 9.30 he phoned me for the address and proceeded to tell me it is a bit far but would still come, I live 4.9 miles from the company address. Around 12ish he phones and I tell him stuff again and old man is waiting. It is now adter 4pm, no contact and not coming. This is definitely not good customer service, it's lying and avoidance to do the job he said he would do. Disgusting behaviour for a company"

"I called them about disposing of my old microwave, and within one hour, one guy arrived and picked it up. Super fast, professional, and hassle-free service. Highly recommend them if you need to get rid of broken appliances quickly."

"Called them and they were here within 2 hours to collect our scrap, they even braved Oxford's High Street. Fantastic service and incredibly polite and friendly. Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend them."

"1 star is to much. Should be minus 100. They deliberately stole from me and tried to say it was a mis- understanding. BS. They stole things that had sentimental value to me from a area that they were told to not go near. Said they were going to pay compensation. Never happened. DO NOT TRUST THEM.KH"
