"We are in the process of extending and re-imaging a 1930's house. From our initial engagement with lapd to the present time we have been impressed with the vision that Opinder Liddar has brought to our project; turning our ideas into a cohesive and exciting modern concept. We now have planning permission, which was obtained without any difficulty, and are looking forward to starting work soon."

"LAPD Architects – Design for garage conversion and modifications within property. Design work undertaken in 2022 with construction in 2023. Our intention was to update the house to provide separate study and utility rooms within the original garage, it being too small for current car sizes and was only being used for general storage. The kitchen and bathroom were also to be reconfigured to provide better layouts. After an internet search and a personal recommendation, we selected LAPD to advise on design options for which they provided both 2D and 3D studies to assist us. We were very happy working with Opinder and his team at LAPD throughout the design and planning stages. They also assisted during the building work itself for a minor issue found during construction, which was quickly resolved with minimal effort. We found the team were always approachable and very helpful with any requests that we had. We have been really pleased with the end result."

"We are very happy with our ground floor renovation and extension. The design process was very enjoyable, mixing our ideas with the professionals' to create a fantastic design within our budget! The team at lapd did a great job in preparing the designs, connecting us to specialists, helping us through the planning process, inviting tenders and choosing a builder. We took on some of the more adventurous elements of the design and are very happy with the result. We enjoyed every meeting with them and felt like the support was there throughout the build if and when we needed it."

"The home LAPD designed & built for us in 2012 is still being admired today by friends & guests who visit. All the spaces work for us brilliantly and the terraces adjoining bedrooms are used extensively as outdoor garden rooms. It looks impressive and it is impressive. We can’t fault it. No wonder they won the Best Build Architect award that year!"

"We were incredibly impressed with Opinder and his team having had a consultation. They solved a really big issue we were facing in the matter of minutes! Highly recommend and they often do presentations and talks as experts at various events so highly recommend attending one if you can!"
