Customer Reviews
"Only went for a sauna cost 6 pound 40 thought that was reasonable. Took a little wait at reception to get booked in and asked for directions she just sort of pointed in a direction. So went that direction got changed went to put my stuff in the locker and you needed a padlock for it. So had to go back out buy a padlock for a fiver because of course they sell them and don't tell you to bring one. Then had to find the sauna and only found it when asking another user of the facilities where it was. The sauna it's self was fantastic. Things could of definitely been abit more clearer tho"
"Never returning again. Never been to the pool before. Was looking forward to finding somewhere I could take my baby to swim. Booked for swimming family fun. It does not say on the online booking that you need to book a specific pool. Got there and got told I could not enter because I didnβt book the teaching pool. I was also told that I could not receive a refund. I also bought a swim nappy there, as we were originally told we could enter and was told I could not get a refund for that either. I was a mum, alone, with a toddler, carrying two bags worth of stuff. I quietly burst into tears as I was incredibly stressed. No sympathy. No help. Please do not waste your money here. Go elsewhere."
"We often go with our daughter to the soft play and climbing. I have to say the staff are always friendly my daughter did the climbing area and she was really nervous. The staff member a young lady really put her at ease and really encourage her. My daughters really enjoys visiting. She really wanted to do the tag x but originally for 8yrs plus. We relayed the feedback and they said that she was seven 3 weeks later it had been changed for 6+ My daughter did the tag x today and she loved it. The young man running the session was really engaging with all the kids. There seems to be a lot of young people as staff and they seem like they enjoy working there. They have always been really friendly engage with the customer and have been incredibly flexible if there been an issue or I needed to change something. If they donβt know something or unsure they find the right people to solve it It unusual to see that level of professionalism. The young group of people who work reception and the soft play during the weekends are a real asset to that place. Even though I have not seen or used all the facilities it feel very community driven and when making enquiries there seems to always be someone available to talk to."
"Weβve taken our Grandson to the new soft play area twice now. It really is the best way to spend Β£5! He thoroughly enjoyed it and I would highly recommend it to anyone with young children."
"Went to play badminton after almost 10 years of no play. My youngest brother in law kindly booked a court, and me and my 2 sons were invited. I used to coach badminton to primary school kids back in the days - like almost 20 years ago and played socially. Seems like still had the touch - had a good run around and got few good backhands in there (and won all my matches π). Sons 10 and 7 seemed eager and quick to catch so will most likely try to book a court in Birmingham and train them up. The hall it self was ok - but a bit out dated it seemed, and you have to go through the whole swimming pool , changing room etc to get to the courts."
