Initial call was useful, they talked through what would work for a pair of internal doors between the lounge and a snug we'd opened up. Site visit happened within the week, measurements taken, options shown in person which helped a lot because pictures online don't really do the frames justice. Quote came through quickly and was reasonable, especially when stacked against what we'd been quoted by a place in Bicester for something similar. Production took just under three weeks. Fitting day was calm and organised, two lads, dust sheets down, walls protected, no fuss. They left the area tidier than they found it. The doors themselves are beautiful, the steel has a depth to the finish that you don't get with aluminium, and they shut with that satisfying click that tells you it's a proper piece of kit."
