Lu is an excellent teacher being both very knowledgeable and having the patience to teach woodworking in a way that is understandable and easy to follow. Having not really touched woodworking since school, besides minimal DIY at home, the course was well suited to my level. I learned how to make mortice & tenon joints and a cross half lap joint, and feel proud of the end result. I also picked up a great number of tips & tricks along the way, and different (better!) ways of solving problems than I might have jumped to.
