Oxford Gates and Automation

"This is the 3rd time we have used Oxford gates and again they have proven to be a 1st class company, I highly recommend them."

"Extremely poor customer service, in fact no customer service, unresponsive, unreliable and unhelpful. Plenty of much better companies out there who understand what customer service is."

"The only reason there are not 5 starts is that I NEVER give all 5! The team at Oxford Gates has been knowledgeable, friendly and reliable ."

"Very poor service, had a quote in August 24, but couldn't do the job until Jan 25. However agreed and booked it in. Was continually chasing (Fiona) for updates on availability and for some details for preparation work they requested but they never reply!. Company contacted me with 2 days to go to say they no longer wanted the job. HIGHLY, Highly unprofessional. Please avoid!"

"Oxford Gates manufactured and installed ANPR controlled bespoke metal gates along with matching infill panels at our period country house in Streatley. Paul and his team were superb throughout, sharing our eye for detail, vision and understanding the importance of the finished product being sympathetic to and enhancing its surroundings. Martin's efforts are particularly worthy of mention, in setting up the ANPR system and integrating with our Avaya phone system, enabling us to open/close the gates from any telephone. We cannot recommend Oxford Gates enough, to the point that Paul is already looking into another project for us,"
