Sharman Roofing Ltd

"Mark has done several roofing jobs for us over the years and has always been cheerful, communicative and prompt. We have never had any problems afterwards with anything that he has fixed, so he clearly knows what he is doing. He runs an excellent roofing firm."

"We can highly recommended Sharman Roofing to anyone whose house needs roof and loft work. Our 1950's semi had developed a few roofing issues (missing and loose tiles, an unsound chimney, loft condensation) and we also wanted to get the loft boarded to improve insulation and storage. Sharman Roofing was recommended to us by others in our village community and we have been really impressed with their straightforward approach and professionalism. During his initial visit, Mark discussed with us our various issues and suggested an integrated work plan. From the agreed start date, the work ran smoothly and to schedule, and we found the whole process very much less disruptive than we had anticipated. Mark and his team were a pleasure to have on site and we were kept fully up to date with progress and any issues throughout. Despite it being a very cold and wet January (2026), the house remained completely warm and dry at all times. We are very pleased with the high quality of the workmanship and with the careful attention to detail as the site was cleaned up on completion of the work. Excellent work. Chris & Inga"

"We used Sharman Roofing because they were recommended by a builder that we absolutely trust : we were not disappointed ! Mark and his team fully understood our requirements and, despite the minimal nature of the work, managed to fit us into their schedule ahead of time. The work was carried out efficiently and with minimal disturbance to our home. The icing on the cake ? The repair is perfect and we are delighted. Can highly recommend Sharman Roofing."

"Sharman Roofing are very good, even though mine was a small job they managed to squeeze me in. Lead work was neat and tidy over the bay window, new gutter was very smart. No mess when I got home to see how they got on. They even replaced another tile that I hadn't realised was broken. Overall a very good job. I would be more than happy to use Mark again for any roofing problems. I also find his prices to be very fair for the work involved."

"Fantastic service from start to finish! Very knowledgeable and experienced. We had a leaking roof from poor workmanship by another company. This was attended to professionally and efficiently, giving us peace of mind that the issue will be resolved to the best standard. Mark and his team arrived on time, completed the work in good time and were friendly and helpful every step of the way. We would not hesitate in using Sharman Roofing Services again."
