"I purchased a property in south wales that had an extension where the foundations had failed and there was fairly bad subsidence. I contacted a few different companies for quotes and while all got back to me eventually, Luke from SW was the only one who got back to me straight away and arranged to do a site visit. He turned up when he said he would and gave some great advice. The quote came in quickly and after a couple more visits and phone calls we agreed a start date. He arranged for the structural drawings to be done and liased with building control throughout the works as well because I live 3 hours away I couldn’t be there. Every day he gave me an update with photos and explanations. Literally nothing was too much and my neighbours said they worked like troopers getting the job completed on time. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them more If you want someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, hardworking and fairly priced."
