Customer Reviews
"We had been dealing with a bed bug issue for a while before contacting ThermoPest. Their approach felt much more specialist compared with general pest control companies. The treatment was organised, well explained, and so far the results have been excellent."
"From first call to follow-up, everything was smooth. Friendly team, clear instructions, and the treatment actually worked. Highly recommend ThermoPest."
"When I found bed bugs in my son’s uni accommodation, I was horrified. ThermoPest was recommended by a mate, and they didn’t disappoint. Their technician was dead knowledgeable and treated the flat quickly. My son’s back to sleeping without bites, and I’m chuffed to bits with the service. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again."
"Overall, a positive experience. Thermopest was thorough in their inspection and treatment. A minor follow-up was needed, but they handled it without any hassle. Would recommend them to others."
"The bed bug issue in my Oxford apartment was stressing me out until I called ThermoPest. Gavin and Toby were professional and reassuring. The heat treatment they applied was fast and effective. I highly recommend them!"
