Thomson Cleaning Services (Oxford) Ltd

"We highly recommend using Thomson Cleaning Services. Abby was fantastic organising our trial clean and setting up a regular cleaning schedule for us. Ellen now comes to us biweekly and is reliable, friendly, and always does an excellent job!"

"Seems to be complete luck of the draw with not much accountability from the company. We had a trial clean of a really poor standard (several rooms not hoovered or mopped, kitchen work surfaces not even wiped down, furniture not dusted). The company didn't check in post trial clean as promised, so I emailed stating we were very unimpressed and asked to trial a different cleaner. Received a response a few days later that they were the only cleaner available in our area (we're in Kidlington and this is an Oxford based company?!) so our contract with them would be cancelled with immediate effect. Was really surprised by the terrible standard of clean, given the positive reviews, as I assumed there would be some kind of quality control from the company, but it seems as though your experience will depend entirely which cleaner you have! Particularly frustrating as we had had to go out and spend money on a large amount of new cleaning products to adhere to their guidelines of only providing cleaning products without bleach!"

"Thomson Cleaning Services is probably the best cleaning service in Oxford and surrounding areas. Abby runs it beautifully and efficiently. I have hired their service for more than 4 years. She consistently responds to my needs and provides exceptional cleaners who demonstrate respect and a willingness to exceed expectations. I cannot recommend them enough. They are professional, caring, responsible, and have outstanding integrity."

"For several years now, Thomson Cleaning Services (Oxford) has supplied me with someone to help me with domestic cleaning. In that time I have benefited from an efficient service to ensure that I always have someone to cover for holiday absences. For the most part I have been helped by two cleaners, Michelle and Nada, who have satisfied my requests patiently (I am 86) and have given me excellent service."

"I've been using Thomson Cleaning Services for years, and they have always been very reliable and organised. The team's professionalism and attention to detail are consistently impressive. If you're in need of top-notch cleaning services in Oxford, I highly recommend Thomson Cleaning Services without hesitation. They truly go above and beyond!"
