"Did not get rid of the wasps. More than that though they wouldn't come back to fix the problem, but got annoyed and patronising over the phone, blurting out numerous facts and asking me what I know about nature. Save yourself the bother and look elsewhere. We'll have to get somebody else in to do the job properly. After 40 mins I'd seen a few dozen fly off, some come back and a few go in, but certainly not the amount he suggested. The follow up calls and conversations were bizzare and almost comical. Him: Are you trying to tell me how to do my job Me: No, but we still have wasps Him do you know how many wasps could have been in that nest? Do you work with nature? Me: No, but we still have wasps Anyway, the conversation continued along these lines with a promise that if we were still seeing wasps in a couple of days, he'd come out again. So in fact, since the nest has been treated, we've now had a few dozen wasps coming into the house and making one room unusable. We've had several queen sized and a few dopey workers. Whereas before the activity was on the outside of the house, his treatment had driven them into the house. I've had the odd call from him, one saying he was here for us, but he wasn't. Every time I've spoken to him, I've said we still have wasps! Anyway, I hope this post helps to stop other people experiencing the same situation and wasting money.
