West Waddy Archadia

"Absolutely superb experience from start to finish. Johnathan Headland from West Waddy was incredible in getting the planning permission we required for our Grade 2 listed property. If you live in the Cotswolds and require an architect or planning permission, look no further."

"We can recommend WWA without hesitation - clear, friendly and thorough communication, very nice people and a highly successful result."

"We recently had the pleasure of working with West Waddy Studios for our business needs to continue offering a great training experience for our customers in the construction sector. It was complicated beyond our understanding of new legislations and especially ecology compliances. We thought we had good knowledge ourselves but would describe WWA’s attention to detail as forensic and we learned so much ourselves on how to keep our business in shape for the future. We couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From the initial consultation to project completion, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive explaining every detail in lay terms. They took the time to understand the historical implications and provided invaluable insights throughout the planning process. This attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results as if it was their own truly set them apart. I highly recommend West Waddy Studios to anyone in need of planning services anywhere and especially if complicated. They appear to have a big internal team to work with, but we have to mention Steve Pickels and Ifti Maniar in particular. Thank you WWA Mark Hibbs, General Manager, Bucks Training Academy"

"Very impressed with West Waddy ADP. Ifti, Johnathan and their teams have recently undertaken a number of schemes for the Cranbourne Group, with impressive results and within budgets and timelines agreed. EG: 26 High End Units on Weymouth Harbour."
